Imperial prerogative

I play as Megacorp , I have one ascession perk allready. Now I can take another one , but the Imperial Prerogative is nowhere to be seen :/ I have Show Unavailable option turned on . The Imperial Prerogative isnt there :/ Am I the only one , or is it have to be researched somehow now ?

you will have 3 techs 30 each, wasting perk on this is real waste.

So it should be visible with info "Cant be Megacorp" and not simply invisible IMHO :/

Yea there is quite some information lacking... for example the starbase-cap tooltip still tells you, you'd get more capacity from pop-numbers, so far never got any from that, just number of systems owned and tech.
