How Does Consecrate Worlds Work?
It says something about "scaling to the spiritual significance of the worlds consecrated."

How can I tell how spiritually significant a planet is?

There are 3 categories of chance: ill-suited, fairly suitable, and.. some lofty title which I forget because it's only on gaias and I've not seen many in 2.2 while I've had consecrated worlds. When you choose to consecrate the world it can come in 3 levels of consecration (red, yellow, green borders) these levels are how holy the world turned out to be. Then once the world has one of those modifiers you can see the exact stats if you go to your Empire Leader window in the bottom right where you can see empire status effects. You can do that 3 times. You can also renounce a world's holiness if it's no longer doing it for ya.

Sure, to add just a bit more detail: fairly suitable (average) doesn't necessarily mean it will end up with a yellow holy roll. By categories of chance I meant: ill suited is more likely to be a waste of time, but it might not, fairly suitable is wholly up to the RNG gods, and the high chance suitability that I forgot the name of is likely to be the best result but it still might not be

I consecrated two so far. One was repectable, the other was venerated. +13 Unity/Spirutal Eithic Attraction and +5 Amenities total.

Nice! :D The Venerated was probably ~8,3 on its own and the Respectable ~5,2
Rare planetary features also seem to influence consencration value.

I consacrated 3 planets, 2 venerated 1 respected, can't see any effect of it. :-(
No temporary modifier, can't see modifiers anywhere...
