Paradise dome
I've researched it, but I can build any of them. It doesn't even appear in the building list to tell me why I can't build it.

not 100% sure since I didnt need them, but I THINK they are an upgrade to the luxury apartments building.

You are correct, they are an upgrade to the Luxury Residences.

I wish they had kept the Paradise Dome as is, really... I enjoyed the fact it provided some food, too.

Tech: Idyllic Architecture (Statecraft/8000)
Unlocks:
Paradise Dome (+6 Housing +10 Amenities, 50build/1upkeep Crystals)
Organic Paradise (+20 Housing +20 bio-trophy jobs +4 maintenance drone jobs, 50/1upkeep Gases)

dunno what the jobs make

organic paradise is for rogue servitor (machine intelligence empire with organic pet pops). haven't played them since the update, but they used to get organic paradise upgrade at the same tradition that would unlock paradase domes for normal empires. guess it's an upgrade to whatever basline building they use for their pet organics
