Crystal Mines
I have the crystalline caverns planetary feature and it says that gives me +1 crystal mines, so I am wondering how I build the crystal mines? I do not see an option for a crystal mines building.

There is, the caverns allow for you to build a crystal producing building. You need the technology though.

You have to research the tech first.

You can "build" a crystal mine building. It provides 1 crystal miner job, which produces 2 crystals without buffs. You need a research to get it, and one of your unlockable building slots. You usually unlock it at the same time you unlock harvesting it from planets via mining stations.
