Other Empires No Flag

So I don't know if it's an issue with all the mods I'm using, but in my playthrough, all the the other empires I encounter have a black flag with no emblem whatsoever.

Has anyone got the same problem?

Are you playing the test branch of Stellaris? If so, it was just updated today, and that may have broken one or more mods.

I just checked and I am not, also I've just started playing with mods recently, so there hasn't been an instance where I had mods on and the flags appeared correctly on other empires

Ah. In that case one of the mods might be broken, or there could be a conflict between two of them. I'd try just one mod and see what happens, then add the rest one-at-a-time, until the problem comes back. That will help you narrow down the cause. Then you can report the problem to the mod(s) author(s).

I just found out the issue, it was on my part, I had the "Just More Empire" mod, and the empires had flags that were made using the "Just More Flags", since I hadn't added that mod, those empires who spawned in my game were completely black, so the issue is resolved.
