Empty box error (mod) - How to fix this bug ? [resolved]
Hello,

I have installed countless mods since the workshop and I played a few games and no problems.

Then I installed other mods and when I recreated a new part each time at the beginning of the game I have empty windows (as in the picture that appear), and as long as the game is not paused new windows appear infinitely without stop.

The problem is that I do not know what mod produces this problem, because the launcher shows mods that are no longer compatible and prevents the game from running if you activate an obsolete mod. So it comes from a mod for the current version of the game but who has this mod, or so it is due to the incompatibility between two mods.

I think the problem must come from one of these mods because each one allows to manage / modify the "Crisis" and / or "Crisis bonuses"
1) More events mod
2) Fatal foundation manager
3) Dyanmic difficulty
4) ESC 3.0 Control Panel

thank you in advance

I have the same "EMPTY BOX" problem at the start of the game and the only mods I had installed were 2 mods that were soundtracks.

Mass effect (1-3) OST
Mass Effect Andromeda OST

Weird

Hi,

Do you still have this problem right now?

It's weird that you have this problem when you only have these two mods and are only mods for the sounds, so it does not affect the gameplay or even the features of the game.

I did not have this problem at the beginning when I had so many mods, I only added the mods mentioned above and then I had this problem.

Either there has been a recent update, and I doubt it, either it is related to the DLC mastodon that I bought recently, or it is a bug of the game that needs to be corrected. But I think this problem has to come from one of the mods.

Have you been in the properties of the game in Steam by right-clicking on the game in your library and then "properties" and after you go to the "local files" tab and you click on "check the integrity of the files of the game "and it automatically puts the events folder.

This is possible but you should know that most bugs are often related to mods, at least if you use mods. Even if these mods are compatible and up-to-date, they are not devoid of bugs and unfortunately when we have a lot of mods it is necessary to determine for ourselves which mod causes the problem.

That bug isn't related to mods, it's been around since at least 2.0 just gotta reload the savegame as soon as you notice it.

No, that does not solve the problem at all.

I was talking about the fleets not attacking, reloading should fix it.
