if your having difficulties with the ships cap, just build fortresses or anchorages
I mean in mine I would just stick with the given 15 or lower and focus on the rest and buy it out on the market
edit: correction, 90ish after upkeeps for said 150fleet capacity ships
Fleet cap isnt the problem, i took the Ascension Perk and i still had like 110 fleet capacity i didnt use yet. I was building ships as fast as i had the resources.
Not sure how but in my last game despite only having 1 power planet i had +200 energy so i bought from the market a lot. Course my upkeep tanked that after awhile but still gave me a boost.
Think im going to try again only this time try to bolster my strength via tech instead of numbers...
But if the Khan is giving you trouble just submit to him until you can offer actual resistence, or until he dies off.
