Can't build any megastructures anywhere.

What are the exact requirements for building each megatructure? I've tried deleting resource station from a star or planet but the game won't allow me to build anything and I don't know why.

I've already built ring sphere and science nexus somewhere before but this is even more confusing because I still don't get why I was allowed to build in some systems and now I am not. I'm not constructing any other megastructure and the lack of tooltips is surprising to say at least.

You can only be building one mega-structure at a time.
Also the tool tip when attempting to build a mega structure should tell you why it's not working.

Keep in mind when you delete a mining station with the game paused it will not update until you unpause. This will give the illusion of not being able to build a mega structure in some cases.
