Dismantle federation?

I wish there was a war goal where you could choose "dismantle federation" and those make it able to destroy it like in EU4 or something where you can dismantle HRE with occupying the emperor capital

Yeah I really wish this game had more of EU4's systems, like knocking individual countries out of wars so you can move your troops to other problem areas.
