Imperial goverment types not keeping the starting ruler's surname.

So I have had these Imperial Empires since 1.7 and up till 2.0 all my heirs and rulers have kept the surname of my initial Ruler names like "Vernon" "Yamato" "Gaius" "Lowell" always carried over, but now the Surnames are just randomly picked from whatever the namelist I'm using.

Does anyone know of a mod that fixes this so that leadership stays in the initial Dynasty from th start of the game?

You can always rename your ruler & heir :)
