Bug Report: FE spams claim revocation / humiliation

This started with the latest update to the 2.0.2_beta; every game month, the Militant Isolationist FE sends me a demand to revoke all my claims on their territory (I have none)

The "We have no choice but to accept..." option adds the Humiliated modifier (just glad it doesn't stack), the FE gets 100 influence and all my non-existant claims are revoked.

Not only do I not have any claims, but I also don't border this FE. Not even close. I do have a Protectorate though that does, and one of my core systems has a wormhole that leads into the FE.

Best I can figure, either this is a bug in the latest beta, OR: when I first built an outpost on that wormhole, it was unexplored and I later explored it, and then, just before that latest beta, a spectral wraith destroyed that outpost, and just after the latest beta, I rebuilt it, and then these demands started.

I had the same problem in one of my games. Really annoying, because I had the same with the holy guaardians as well.... I had AI with full citizenship and they started to demand to slave them. I had to do it but they kept spamming the message in every month.
