Report a translation problem
Upon closer inspection you realise that the planet is infact not indeed a planet but voidspawn egg.

Avoid colonizing the planet too early unless you want to die. Quite a nasty surprise to start Distant Stars with xD.
Now to open up a fourth game......
More planets you have - more chances you see it, so make 5x hab. planets in galaxy.
You will spot it - it have unique blockers.
Just do enormous scouting campaign.
And less unfriendly AI empires with closed borders helps too.
