cant build Science Nexus

any ideas why? i may have another megastructure buildign somewhere else, but theres notification when i attempt to build,
is there specific spot they need to be built in now? cant seem to place them around planets (even ones that dont have stations)

does it display any reason when you hover over it? the tooltip will normally tell you why you can't do it

you need to place it around a star that doesn't have a mining station.

i figured it out
i was clicking on the "build megastructure" button via the construction ship, doing this doesnt tell you why you cant build

by selecting the ConShip and then right clicking on a planet or star it then told me why i couldn't build
(it was beacue of the ring world section i was building, also SciNex cant be built around stars, so sayth the tooltip)
