I really don't have any care what the Stellaris community thinks of me IMO, in fact, the only reason I'm replying to you is because you're so comically a 12 year old to mid teen trying to pose as some kind of 'cool guy'.

To be fair I usually don't play xenophile so I had no reason to even listen to the voice, she sounds very much like tali from mass effect, just with a slightly less heavy accent.

Apparently it is by someone named "Noha Mousbah" I can't find any pictures or anything for a face behind the voice but there you have it

Personally I had a little crush on Tali in mass effect purely on her voice, you can't see what her character looks like properly under the environment suit she wears but her accent and personality sold me on her and I always romance her on playthroughs lol.

Also quite similarish to Felicia Day, both of which I enjoy their voice acting work

As far as I am aware all the advisor voices are done by people who worked on the game, none are proffesional jobs by well known people

The Xenophile voice sounds like Tali from Mass Effect to me, And Tali is adorable. =3

Also, I tend to imagine the Soldier voice is a sexy bad ass soldier girl with a cute ponytail. XD
