The chosen one trait
How do i obtain this quirk? I have adopted the Transcendence ascension and i have breached the shroud but i still have not obtained the trait for my leader.

all shroud events are random, I had a game where it took over 50 years to get it

When the offer is made it is possible to make a choice that does not lead to getting the chosen one. Also, it is a chance to get the trait but also a chance to not get it, if you make the "right" pick and fail then you don't get it.
