Can't choose Agri-World

So I got the new Lithoid race pack and wanted to try it out. At first no problems, game is doing fine, just the usual bugs and issues. I chose my specializations for the next few planets. Nothing major there.

After I get some pops that actually require food, I want to set one of the worlds to an Agri-World, after a bit I see in the Outliner, that it was set to a Mining World, for whatever reason. So I go back to fix it, but the Agri-World option just isn't there anymore.

So now I am sitting here, pretty confused as to why I can't set a world to a specialization that has no requirements, other it being a planet.

maybe lithoids cant use food and declare planets to be agri worlds because they are stone cold and have no clue what to do with grass and other stuff
