if anything, the event just makes it more likely that this crisis shows up rather than one of the other 2. nothing more.
End game crisis only occur after a fixed time that's listed in your new game galaxy settings.
No event during the 'early age' is going to trigger end game crisis to wipe you out... the games too heavily scripted and broken into artificial 'ages' for that to be possible.
What the event may do is influence what end game crisis you face half a millenium or more later (How long it takes to get to a 'end game' era depends on how you adjusted your galaxy settings.)
According to the wiki, the wanderlust event greatly increases the chance of the unbidden being the crisis. Several times more potent than a few empires developing jump drive.
To the op, the unbidden cannot spawn before the end game year you set during game setup.
