Can I build multiple Shipyards?

How can I build another shipyard?
I mean, I have 3 colonies now...

You can upgrade any outpost you want into a starport which can be transformed into a shipyard by building at-least one of the shipyard building types.

Yes.

You can build mutiple shipyards at different starholds or higher, or mutliple shipyards at a single starhold ( or higher ), each shipyard produces a ship on it's own ( eg 2 shipyards in starter system can produce/build 2 ships at the same time). If youare re-inforcing a decimated fleet, then so long as you have enough resources each shipyard will produce a ship to re-inforce that decimated fleet.

oh, so I have to click in the starbase that I built in the planet. Kinda hard to find.
