Colonizing RIGHT next to Fallen Empire

There is a planet that has 5 tiles with Beth. Stone, but it is basically spooning the "Ancient Caretakers" Fallen Empire. You would have to zoom pretty close in order to tell if the planet is within their borders or not without hovering over the system.

I am at year 2257, so my borders extend out pretty far. Am I going to get ♥♥♥♥ed in the♥♥♥♥♥if I colonize that planet? Or will they not give a crap because I am a race of machines? Any feedback is awesome!

Ancient Caretakers are a nice FE in that they'll leave you alone, might take a scientist or pop but then they might give you access to their research archives (25% physics/bio/engie output)
