Report a translation problem
To make it clear, you don't collect from one planet per trade-hub. For every trade-hub that you build in a starbase the collection range grows by 1 jump in every direction.
So trade from every system that is in jump distance of 6 from a full 6-trade-hubs starbase will be collected (it makes for quite a big area such a base can cover).
With 6 trade hubs on your capitol and a gate there and a few scattered around your empire... your capitol can collect everything on its own and remove any issues of piracy or the need to build outposts in the middle of your empire to guard trade routes.
