Is there any reason to exterminate xenos?
Don't get me wrong here i'm no heretic or xenophile scum, but can't you just shove them all on a single planet and put them in death labor camps almost forever for near infinite rewards at very low cost?

They take up NO HOUSING, don't need food or consumer goods, and crime is easily stopped with a few enforcers, while they can easily bring in over a thousand minerals and food per month with 200 pops.

I mean sure the xenos live, but they live in great pain for a long time while also making food and minerals, so I think its ok practically speaking. If we can ignore ignore the horrendous moral ramifications of owning xenos and not genociding them. That is however offset by the whole suffering bit though.

I'm also a fan of forced labor or any type of purge that could come in handy. Extermination is pointl;ess really.

it's not bad having people from different types of planets around, lets you settle all the worlds without terraforming or investing in droids

do not mind that I'm a skull, because I´m a human skull xD

Wait a minute, your buddy there are trying to be friendly at this illegal behaviour, against Imeprial Resolution 227? Whoa, you two really need to come with me, for mandatory interrogation and jurisdicional security purposes...

Tecnically you gain more by enslaving instead of cleanning the galaxy, but then you would be a barbaric monster! We do what we do so they don't have to withstand their inferior existance, we are saviours.

Suffer not the Xenos to live.

Forced labor or livestock can work, but outright extermination is a much faster way to clean up the mess. Of course if you're really serious about it, nothing compares to the best option of just cracking the planet and moving on. Why even put your people at risk by making them touch contaminated soil?

why crack a world when you can neutron sweep it and use it for yourself?

same reason than foundation extermine xeno, human need all the galaxy for Kardashev scale 3 civilization and build galaxia ^_^

and robot are better than slave for labor task ^_^.

At a related sidenote, recently there was a reddit topic suggesting "more" ways to utilize the xenos

Who knows., maybe some future DLC might give us some more options to deal with them. I mean Apocalypse had slavery with extra steps and megacorps brought us the slave market. So development is not impossible. Or some modders will one day make the ultimate "cleanse the galaxy" mod for alternate dealings with captured xenos.
