how do you breed with other aliens

hi guys how do u breed with other aliens cuz i wanna make some half alien half human people

You need to take the xeno-compatability ascension perk and have two different species on a planet.

There also is an event with the trade caravan which can lead to half species appearing too.

so whick ascension perk does it allow me to mate with other alien species

Your empire needs the Xenophile or Fanatic-Xenophile ethic. Then you need to pick the Xeno-Compatibility Ascension Perk.

Hybrids may need some time to appear, mind you. Don't expect it to be instantaneous.

do i need the new dlc for this because all i see is engineered evolution, flesh is weak, evolution mastery, mind over matter and synthetic evolution

First you report yourself to your local inquisitor for advanced heresy, then spend the next 10 years on a reeducation planet reflecting on what could have possessed you so to have such unholy desires.

I mean, if you do it to eventually breed the ultimate genetic lifeform via luck and selection it MAY be ok, as long as you purge all the xenos after stealing their good genes.

I thought Xeno-Compatibility existed to make fanatical purifier heads explode, when they realize the one world you left them with is stuffed full of half-breeds and all of their pure stock has been purged.
