How to make my robot maids work in entertainment?

I have the droids tech, and seeing how you can make a good amenity/unity build with them decided to make a limited template for a few to work as entertainers.

However they don't seem to go into the specialist stratum. Is the entertainer job "too advanced" for the droids? Even if left with no other options they become servants.

Please help my utopian space japan needs robot maid cafes.

There are four "levels" of AI. The lowest level allows them to work only the basic worker jobs. The second level allows them to work complex jobs to a limited degree - IE, they can work Alloy or Consumer Goods plants, for example. However, this second level does not allow them to work other jobs, such as, for your example, entertainer or researcher jobs. The third level lets them work leader jobs. The final level is not really a level per-se, but it allows them to be leaders.

I can have robot maids but can't put them in cafes and ♥♥♥♥ for mad unity and amenities.
