How do i build construction ship ?
Can anybody tell me how do i build construction ship.
i cant find the place....

At the starbase at the planet. You should see a tab in the bottom marked "shipyard".

It only gives me science and colony ships.

yeah it is, your ui is out of whack and it's under the information along the top of the screen

Ye that UI isn't scaled properly, everything is cluttered. Need to increase resolution or lower UI scale if possible.
