Cant construct rare crystals mine

I researched the rare crystal mine tech but for some reason im not able to build it upon any of my worlds. Does the world need something specific to build it. In my last playthrough i was able to build them wherever i wanted them too. Please Help im pretty confused

Yes, your world needs crystal caverns to mine crystals. The "manufactured" version is Synthetic Crystal Factory that takes 10 minerals a month for 2(?) but can be built everywhere. Then there is the spaceborne one.

Be careful spamming the factories, they all add up to quite a big amount at 10 per factory. Then you got the Exotic Gas Refinery and the Volatile Motes factory, it adds up to a very big mineral bill.
