Report a translation problem
I ask, because I saw this thread as I was installing the patch. I raced to my Stellaris folder, and got there just as the patch was finishing - just in time to see the d3dcompiler_47.dll file disappear as it was removed.
However, Stellaris started just fine for me, without it. I am in a game right now, Wolfe v2.3.0 (e100), and I don't have a d3dcompiler_47.dll file in my Stellaris folder.

shouldent the latest .net framework redestributeable be included with the game like direct x and all the other redsributables and such?
