What if an ally takes a planet I claimed?
I can't end my current war because two planets I claimed are occupied by allied forces in my federation. At least I think that's the problem. It says I have two planets left to occupy and I've literally taken everything else.

control of a claimed system would go to the ally that has the most claims on a system once it's taken over. look around at all the systems you've claimed and see if there's any with your banner but no spikes around it, this would indicate that you don't have full control over the system

I have literally checked every single system I claimed. The war page is still saying I am demanding two unoccupied planets and several systems. But that is not true.

Does it count my allies claims?
Tragic Mishap 10 AGO 2019 a las 1:18 p. m.
Does it count allied claims or enemy occupied territories against you?
Tragic Mishap 10 AGO 2019 a las 1:23 p. m.
So I sent a peace offer and it was rejected. The page said I am claiming 11 planets in total. I counted. I have occupied 9 planets and my allies have the other two. But it's still claiming that I am missing two planets.

Obviously it is not counting the allied occupied planets. How do I fix this?
Tragic Mishap 10 AGO 2019 a las 1:28 p. m.
My allies have Federation status with me, but I do not have Federation status with them, and it won't let me ask because I'm at war. Is that the problem?
Tragic Mishap 10 AGO 2019 a las 1:35 p. m.
In both those systems one ally has the spaceport and a different one is occupying the planet. I'll bet that's the problem.

I'm a new player, so I'm not sure this is the answer, but I'll try to be helpful: Could it have something to do with whoever holds the most claim (influence) on it, and so you have to open up your claims and keep spending more influence points on more claims on the same territories until your claim amount surpasses whatever amount your allies have on it?

Well, first off, for the war.. it's not counting those planets for planets that are unoccupieid.. if allies occupy them they are occupied for the war, doesn't matter who if they are in the war with you (in a federation or allies).

What is likely the problem is that those allies also have claims that are currently un-occupied.

2ndly, multiple claims from different allied empires usually go to either whoever has the most claims, or whoever has the oldest claim. This is regardless of who took it over in the war itself if you're all allies.

So how do I figure out whose claims aren't occupied?
Elitewrecker PT 10 AGO 2019 a las 2:18 p. m.
Are those "allies" part of that same war?

"My allies have Federation status with me, but I do not have Federation status with them, and it won't let me ask because I'm at war. Is that the problem? "
If my guess of the situation is right, that's the problem.

if you're winning as well as you say just settle status quo with them since that should be positive for acceptance. the war will end and all sides will get whatever they currently occupy and have claims on

you need to take a screenshot of your war in the future
Mistfox 10 AGO 2019 a las 5:26 p. m.
Just a question. How can people be in a Federation with you but you are not in a Federation with them? Defence pact, Independence Guarantee I can see, but not Federation. That is like saying you are allies with them but they are not allies with you.
Elitewrecker PT 10 AGO 2019 a las 5:37 p. m.
That's what I'm thinking. His "federation status" ally is in a different war and is occupying those 2 planets.

Even so, he should be counted as part of the war. Maybe an ally to his partner took it instead?
