Need help for Mod Bug/Conflict Trace
I'm currently getting frustrated trying to trace down a bug, which I suspect is from a mod conflict. Here is a run down of the bug.

Type: Districts
Effect: Removes all non-home districts from worlds
Conditions to reproduce
1: Planet must NOT be colonized
2: Planet MUST be in claimed territory
3: At LEAST one month must pass with the above 2 conditions met
Note: The effect happens to ALL valid planets simultaneously, and will even apply to 'terraform candidate' worlds that are not yet terraformed. Resulting in them being 'blank' upon terraforming. Colonized planets WILL NOT be affected. New worlds OUTSIDE claimed territory will not be affected.

Here is my modlist in question, yes I'm aware I'm using way to many mods.

If it helps explain, I have two screenshots to show what exactly happens.

I have tried to go through the mods, and while there are some conflicts I was finding, none of them seemed to be related to THIS specific issue. I had taken time to compare the gamestate of a save before and after the error, and noted that the planets are unchanged between the two states, retaining their deposits, populations, flags, and even modifiers.

I'm getting over my head and would like some assistance in figuring out what the possible conflict/bug is. I'm hoping it's something simple I've overlooked, or I'm simply overthinking the issue. Thank you for your time and effort for those willing to help.

Sorry could not give help ... i have nearly the same Problem Stellaris 2.3.X

Install some Mods

And now i can only build CityDistricts on "Normal Worlds"
no Mineing, Agriculture, Energy ...

Only on Ringworlds / Habitats and on ONE Planet of "Old Race" on which i have killed all population with this big one over Titans
are some Districts buildable

the three Mod were
Stellar Cheats
one Policy Cheat
one "Local Production"

deactivating this 3, deinstall Mods for under Stellaris 2.1 (were never activated)

??
Screenshots ... i must first try and read a guid, i´ve made some "Win - SnippingTool - Pics" but do not find fast info to insert here.

At sliprunner´s post it must by Stellaris 1.X ... in 2.3.4 evan at Vanilla Version i had never more than 4 types of Districts (Habitats only 3)

Forgot to come back to this, the problem WAS found. It was, believe it or not, !DistrictsOverhaul. Unfortunately I can't tell you why, or even how to fix it, but that was the culprit for me. I still had to start a new game after it's removal in order to fix the problem.

If that's not in the mods your using, than unfortunately you found a different conflict than I did.

ooouuuuuuuppppsss
i deactivate all MODs (No ironman-points?? need to deinstall?)

played untill automated save in ironmanmode, settled first colonie and PING all districts without CityHousing deleted build + places > counter at cero

it was the same on my first play 1 week ago - looked at copied saves befor first mod for leaking of energy (stellar cheats)

If it's removing already built districts, and the ability to build more, on worlds you've ALREADY colonized it is a different bug/conflict than I had. As mentioned before the one I had was that it would eliminate them ONLY from worlds in my territory, that I had NOT colonized.

With yours though, if you don't have DistrictsOverhaul, look for anything else that might be trying to convert/edit districts. I know the main thing that tipped me off was going through error logs and seeing there was an error in scope of a switch, checking that I saw DistrictOverhaul was trying to convert districts to other types...and failing, which upon update to check districts of a world, would wipe them out.

Edit: to better phrase my rambling
1: You have a Different Bug/Conflict
2: It's going to be something Editing/Converting Districts
3: It would be modifying Housing/Energy/Mineral/Agricultural BASE districts

The best I can tell is these type of bugs appear when something is attempting to change, replace, or otherwise modify the 4 core districts post initialization of the planet. Modifications in number of districts or in their output, doesn't seem to cause it. Modifications of the TYPE of the district, or it's FUNCTION appear cause it.

Unfortunately I am no (proper) modder and my views are only from what I experience in fiddling with mod stacking and minor editing.
