How do you see Relics you have already?

I dug up a relic which gave me some random pops. How do I view it again?

In your traditions window you can switch to a relics tab, where you find an overview over your major relics and minor relics. and what you can do with them.

If you expand your menu outliner on the left of the screen it should also show up as "Traditions and Relics".
