Click the folder, run the .exe, and the simulation ends.
Imagine how many changes they would have to make to, not just Stellaris, but the entirety of the Paradox Grand Strategy titles? The amount of mods that would have to be taken down?
A change as major as a complete engine swap would be much better suited to a completely new game.
