Leader traits: Adaptable and Stubborn
One of my leaders has both the Adaptable and Stubborn traits.
This means that the leader is:

a) Quick to adopt new methods and ideas if they prove superior
b) Slow to adopt new methods and ideas even if proven superior

Hes adaptively stubborn and stubbornly adaptive. Hes found a grand new way to be stubborn about things, always refusing not to change.

Yes. He's quite certain that he knows that he doesn't know about the things for which he is sure to be uncertain about. Probably maybe.
