Stellaris crashes every time i launch. Solved

Whenever i launch the game, it crashes in about 5 seconds. The launcher itself crashes. But if i'm quick and manage to launch the game itself, then it still crashes.
I tried verifying game files, reinstalling the game, i even reinstalled windows today with clearing both drives and formatting, and just now i tried launching it from the game folder and it crashes immediately. Nothing seems to work and i need your help.

I can provide any system/hardware info you need. Logs or anything.

they don't use steam so try F.B or the paradox website

First you need to do is to look into game logs.

Then you should try a solution from it?

same error, last win update (KB4512508) uninstall solves it
