Specter Wraith
Er, so a Specter Wraith just appeared in my empire and is annihilating my systems. Even worse, I'm in a back-and-forth war with an equivalent-powered empire currently. How much fleet power do I need to destroy the wraith?

Most leviathans liearound the 10k-30k range

about 20-25k fleet power should do it assuming they have a weapon set that dose bonus damage to Hull and Armour. it also uses energy weapons so having ships with lots of shields engage it will also help. at worst it shouldnt need more then 30k to kill.
