AFAIK the dev team. for Stellaroids doesn't interact with gamebear.
From what I understand they licensed a Chinese dev to make a mobile Stellaris game- more like a tie-in than anything, not full Stellaris- and the dev went and plagiarized assets from some other game franchise, can't remember which.

In any case, the PC game has no tie with the mobile one.
