Is there a way to purge an entire species from my empire?
One species in my empire has been causing a bit of trouble and I'm getting kind of tired of it. Right now the only way I know of to purge them would be to remove the systems containing that species from the sector they're in and then manually purge each pop in each planet. Is there a way to basically automatically lay Exterminatus upon every single planet they're on?

Not racist, speciest at most. Anyway purging xenos isn't bigotry it's just common sense.

When I conquer a nation I either A. Enslave Everyone or B. Purge them and wish I could blow up their planet since I can't in habit it but no you have to do it manually

There is a setting in sector settings for that sector that says purge pops, pretty sure you have to have your own people on those planets aswell though, if it dosent purge the pops then you could take them out of the sector purge one pop and it asks you if you want to purge all of that species on that planet.

Why not just use the Abandon Planet war goal? That auto-purges the population upon victory.

This is why i like droids/synths, can inhabit any world and dont need to enslave em. Take collectivist and fanatic materialist, fan materialist pretty much ensures you get droids at least and collectivist gives you purge. Take a planet, purge their filthy Xenos scum then populate with droids. As long as you dont want to use their planet as a science base your set.

Might not work if your population is not xenophobic.

Because they will re-colonize, unless you're fast enough to grab that territory.

In games of sci-fantasy with alien diversity I almost always find myself taking a human first slant.

This can sometimes have an odd effect.

For example in a game of Mass Effect 2 (ya all the way back then) it lead to a situation where upon completion of the game by always doing everything to help mankind and anything I could to undermine all other races I ended up exactly in the middle of the morality spectrum between paragon and renegade.

I found that... strange.

Conquer/infiltrate planet.
A)build one robot pop, then purge all xenos and populate the planet with robots (enslaved or not).
or
B)colonize a nearby planet to keep the border range or set up a outpost. Then purge every xenos on the planet and terraform him afterwards (since he should still be in your borders) to your species prefered world ;)

Oh, is there are way to fasten robopop constucting? Because its so dam slow right now. Like we dont have factories, and spacefaring but handmaking robots :D It will take forever to populate 20 size planet with robots. Not playing them because of that and because AI crisis was borked so much. Like AI rebel against AI? And neverending annoying terrorists attacks without any choice to fing those attackers and clear them up. Stupid. Is it fixed now?

Instead of building one robot i resettle one pop that i dont want to purge from my planet and put it on farm. Then purge the rest. Then they will grow back on their own or i use migration edict : full planet in 6 months or so.Often pops use migration on their own and fill the planet anyway without edict.

2017*

also you can wipe pops out planet wide on a species base.

so if you have 2 or more of the same species/robot then you can purge "all of this species".

go into the species tab to find them.
