Victorious Achievement Broken?

Finally won a game of Stellaris and didnt get the achievement highly unsatisfied right now.
How have other people completed it? it saids "Win the game through any victory condition" and I did it through federation victory but no joy.
(and yes before you ask this is an Ironman game)

I've had the same problem since the latest patch - no achievements gets unlocked in iron mode.

this hasnt happened to me yet, Im still getting achievements but the pop up doesnt appear anymore

I have still been getting achivements this patch and they still pop up for me. It was just this specific one.

Just played my second game of vanilla Ironman Stellaris as the Rogue Servitor race, this is the list of achivements that failed to unlock:

• Digging Deep
  
• Birth of a Federation
  
• Building Better Worlds
  
• Faster, Stronger, Better
  
• ... To the Other Side
  
• Patron
  
• Mad Genius
  
• The Good Stuff
  
• Old Friends

It got so bad that I actually closed the game at one point to double check I was not in offline mode or had accidently activated a mod.

Federation Victory is still bugged. The thrall of an awakened empire showed in the screen. Broken text, i.e. _______ has won ...

Colonization planner is bugged too, doesn't show all races or planets.
