Is it just me or...
Do AI controlled Rogue Servitors never actually serve ANY of their maker's species. I have an AI empire who is a rogue servitor, and there are NO non-machine pops on ANY of it's planets. No Bio-trophies whatsoever. Not that big of a deal for me, but has anyone else had this problem?

They only need 1 pop ... some where... to be happy. They dont need to be on the same planet or on every planet.

Yeah, but they don't even have ONE. 13 total pops and ZERO bio trophies.

No. Been playing a lot with rogue servitors and the home planet always spawns with a few organics. From memory it spawns with 4 organic pops.

When colonizing a new world I want them to grow on, I resettle them from other planets where they then grow on that planet. I'm finding I sometimes have entire planets of organics and the servitors take the resource planets.

Possibly a mod conflict?

No not even 4 on their main planet (though the driven assimilator spawned with 4, the rogue servitors spawned with nothing. And no mods this playthrough. Also note... *I* am just a normal hivemind as I normally play. These are empires I created to spawn along with me and lock spawned them. It's the AI rogue servitor that has no biotrophies, the assimilators have a bunch of cyborgs on their home planet, but none on their (atm only) other planet. But though the servitors have no bios, the assimilators do. The Skynet clones are about to be completly dis-assembled on their planet which I have now conquered in one year's time. At least I don't have to worry bout them any longer. Hey... they declared on me first, don't call ME a warmonger.

I had an AI rogue servitor fallen empire next to me that oddly had no organics. I figured it was just because it was a fallen empire, but perhaps they forgot to add that part.

No mods--I'm achievement hunting.

Colonize a planet near them and gift it to them?

Naw, they let their bio-trophies die, they deserve to be alone. I've let mine proliferate. They give us purpose. Besides, if I survive the current Contingency crisis, I intend to try to conquer the now-awakened empires.
