So this machine fallen empire offerd inoculations to my empire, I said no but I am curious what happens if I had said yes. So my question is: What happens if you say yes?

I think you get -5/-10% happiness for a while, after it expires you get +5% growth for Pops and +10 years leader lifespan permanently.

I ended up getting +10% robot upkeep and -15% energy for 20yrs while being a machine empire. It was pretty harsh so i imagine the positve effects will be really good.

Can confirm; it just happened in my game!

It gave my pops cancer and I got -20% happiness and -10 leader lifespan
