anyone already tried out to turn a primitive civilization from fanatic xenophobe to xenophile...?? any tips?? Is there a way to politically interference them? cant find anything in wiki...

If you want to infiltrate or invade them -> Unrestricted Studies
If you want to get more society research, abduct great science leaders and get them xeonphobe -> Active Studies
If you just want to watch them -> Passive Studies

thats clear....the question is, whether to change the native interference to unrestricted or leave it at active...i will try it out myself

edit: ups, you didn't write infiltrate, you wrote indoctrination, right? I would let it on active if only to not have the 10 years where you couldn't change it back.
