When reseaching anomalies you can get a specialty such as statecraft or military theory. Een well before the scientist leveld to the max.
think youi can get them when you research a precursor anomaly-planet

In order for that researcher to give you his/her super bonuses you have to repeat this into your microphone, over and over while the ship is in scan mode.

It is by will alone I set my mind in motion.
