i have megalophobia and find this game sorta restricting to play. is there a mod or can any skilld modder help, to remove all planets,asteroids,blackholes,stars,moons, ect or replace them with a stand in of somthing like a space station. ....at this point i would even settle for a jpeg of the games logo or somthing as long as the object is not poking out from behind it/or is just outright removed.

idk how mod friendly this is, to just remove visual assets and what not. so idk how compatible it would be with other mods thanks

(your game path may be different)

This (obviously) removes all the planet models. When the game loads they and up looking like wierd colored cube things. Refer to link below.

Phobia is the definition of irrational fear.

Advising to face your fear because it can't hurt you is another rationalization. Luckily for him, fearing big chunks of rock is much better than fearing insects, especially when they come at you.

Unless that insect carries a parasite, poison, disease or something else that would be considered a health hazard. It's not that I disagree that trying to bring a rational approach onto these subjects is a good idea; It is just that if that is all it took then people with a phobia wouldn't need therapists, psychologists or other forms of professional help (Depending on severity of course).

The approach is just too simple and perhaps even an insult to people with phobias to think that something like that would be enough.

What i came to understand from a quick google search, you have a phobia for large things, and in this case the phobia is about the large things in Stellaris like planets, nebulas and such?

If so, why even attempt to play the game? Is it because of fascination or something else?
Obviously the scale of this game is not quite in your favour.

And again, i am not trying to be rude, just trying to understand it better.

I don't have a phobia, but the nebulas in Starpoint Gemini freak me out. Just that specific set of dust and gas clouds, massive but no real density, and flying through them looking for a destination. No specific fear, just a lot of unease.
