how do i locate frontier outposts

So for the third time this game, I've integrated a vassal state only to find my influence being eaten up by a frontier outpost somewhere out yonder that I can't find. For the first two, I spent at least ten minutes each scrolling around the map looking for the outpost so I could disband it. I've now spent fifteen minutes looking for the third one with no luck.

This does not make me feel like the president of my own Galactic Federation.

In fact, it's no fun at all.

Surely I've overlooked that crucial pullodown menu of frontier outposts, right? There's a list of them somewhere, where I can just click on one and it will go to the location.

So help me out please. I'd really like to stop these interruptions to my galactic conquests so I can get back to having fun. Where's the pulldown menu where I can easily locate those useless frontier outposts that need to be disbanded?

look for star trek looking icon on the map that is them. click the system and hit delete if you dont want it there.
