How Do I See Ruler Mandates?
Its my first time playing as a democratic empire, and I keep spending influence to re-elect my starting ruler because of a trat that gives him +10% minerals. The only thing is I would like to stop spending 200 influenece to re-elect him everytime, and good way of this is the ruler mandates. I just don't know where the hell they are! So I would like to know so I could stop spending so much influence.

And yes 80+ hours and not ever played a democracy before. I was too busy making Hive Minds and re-enacting Star Ship Troopers.

Are you referring to the leaders mandates that refer to their promise to do X *after* they're elected? Usually its building either mining stations, or research stations. When the mandate is completed during their period in office (ie. build 5 research stations) you will be rewarded with an amount of influence, such as 250. You can see the proposed mandate in the election screen, and afterwards in the situation log.

Would you like to know more, Citizen?

I know that, I was asking the question of how you check the mandate the ruler has. Read the question, thanks!
