What is the benefits of Oligarchic, Dictatorial or Imperial government types?

In democratic government, if your ruler fulfill her/his promises, you gain a huge amount of influence.

But the other type of governments dont have any benefits? Just some Civics? Or I miss something?

Democratic is super broken right now. Oribably bugged. I supported my candidate 4 times in the first vote and he stayed up for the following 15+ elections without EVER CHANGING with 0 effort for me. Not a single time issue of course, happened with the next guy, whom i changed manually and in the next playthrough.

250 influence reward MUST be a bug too, even description in situation log states much more reasonable numbers.
