Of course you can... been a core feature of Paradox games for years.
Ah so you can, the people I tried to play with were being idiots then and told me they couldn't join because they didn't have the right content.
The player joining the host can't find his previous civ when choosing civs :/
Any thoughts?
Same here, I am the host, the player that cannot find his civ again can join, but does not find his civ. He designed it with DLC properties but does not have the DLC. Could this be the reason?
