Unlocking Utopia DLC
Erm any chance you can unlock the ability to buy this on steam? i get it isnt released till April 6 but....... Shut up and take my money.

Its 19.99$ on paradox store so that will be the price, no idea why there are no preorders yet.

Nope, they don't offer pre-orders for DLC. I'm not sure why that's necessary anyway, we're in Steam. There are no wait times for copies to be shipped, it's downloaded immediately.

First the devs are releasing public announcements for just one person, then they're crafting bugs for just one person, now they're allowing pre-orders for DLC for just one person.

The salt that it would inevitabily cause would be delightful, so yes I would love if they did that.
