console command to change a fallen empires opinion of you? anybody know it? and how to use it exactly

It is

add_opinion [target] [source] [#]

Target is the ID of the Empire, Source is the empire whom they will feel twoards. Your Empier ID is always 0
ID is obtained with

debugtooltip

and hovering your mouse over the emblem of the said Empier.

Eg: add_opinion 42 0 100 , the empire with the ID of 42, will have a permanent +100 Opinion twoards you.
You can also just add - in front of the opinion modifier to make said empier hate you.
