Because teaching someone how to mod is something that is best done through the wiki which has a dedicated section up for it, I am simply going to give you the line for it, everything else, you'll have to figure out yourself on the wiki:
give_technology = tech_automated_exploration
replace tech_automated_exploration with whatever tech you want. Like I said, this line (or any line to add one tech) doesn't work in the console, you have to make a mod for it.
can you explain further and not be a 100% cryptics ? just explain it not send people on a wild goose chase explain eXplain how to not tell people do it your self
so can you explain and not say go firgured it out you self you not being helpful you being a detriment people are asking for help not you go give them a puzle

* you CAN add one tech via mod
* explain where one can achieve the knowledge to create mods, a feat that's not suited for a short post but something that requires dedication and personal research to attain

Open console. Type: effect give_technology = { 'tech = tech_id' }
Adds specific tech through console
Edit: I can indeed confirm that it works now.

but i can't get it to work, what am i doing wrong?
