Error Failed Login please try again

Hello, just loaded Viking Rise game and launched. When i select IGG Account to link my existing android mobile game linked to the IGG Account i get an error right away saying Login Failed Please Try Again (115502). I've searched the forum and other pages and cannot find reference to this. Anyone experience this problem?
