Corruption needs a spot specific cooldown

I was making my first attempt at Nightmare and had just cleared a corruption in the bedroom at the end of night 2. Immediately I heard more whispers so I began looking for a corruption I had missed. It wasn't until I returned to the bedroom after checking every other location to find that it was the exact location and marking that I had literally just cleared reappearing and making the sound.

Not saying that Nightmare should necessarily be nerfed, but each spot should have a short cooldown period after having been blasted with such blinding holiness to avoid unnecessary searches like that.
